How do you appeal an ANPR Parking fine? You must appeal in writing within 28 days. The appeal may be called a representation and should relay your reasons for wanting the ticket cancelled. It may require further evidence as well, such as photos.
Do you have to pay NCP charges?
What happens if you don’t pay for parking at NCP? Anyone who doesn’t pay the required parking ticket in an NCP car park will be served a parking fine called a Parking Charge Notice. This fine might be stuck to your windscreen by NCP staff, or it could be sent in the post if the contravention was seen on camera.
