I have just received a parking charge notice from Euro Car Parks, An ANPR camera was used to photograph my number plate , My local council has not Authorised the installation of these cameras ,so in my opinion they are illegal, nor has the council sanctioned the use of said cameras, so can I assume that any forced effort to make me pay is unlawful.
